NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF HUMBER VALLEY HOCKEY ASSOCIATION ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2021
TAKE NOTICE that the 2020-2021 Annual General Meeting of the Humber Valley Hockey Association (“HVHA”) will be held via video conference on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm for the following purposes:
- To receive the President’s address;
- To receive certain Directors’ reports;
- To receive the Treasurer’s report for the 2019-2020 period;
- To consider, if any, and if thought fit to pass, resolutions as submitted by the Governing Body and the General Membership of HVHA in accordance with the requirements of the By-laws of HVHA; and
- Such other business as may be brought forth at the meeting.
Members must take the appropriate procedures for attending the meeting by registering online by Monday, September 20th, 2021 at 12:00pm.
