NTC Drill of the Month
We’re bringing you another fantastic drill from @NTCHockey this month! These drills are a great way to complement on-ice training and keep your skills sharp. Check out the drill video and give it a try at home or during dryland sessions.

Hockey Stick Front Squat
Before all the flashy jumps and advanced moves, strong hockey players start with the basics! This foundational squat builds strength, balance, and mobility—crucial for powerful skating and staying strong on the ice.
As always, a huge thank you to our coaches, volunteers, parents, and everyone who makes Humber Valley Hockey such a special community. Your dedication and support are what make everything we do possible. Finally, best of luck to all our Sharks teams battling it out in the playoffs—we’re cheering you on every step of the way! That’s it for now—stay connected with us on Facebook & Instagram (@humbervalleyhockey) for more updates!
Go Sharks! 🦈🏒
