Refund Policy
HOUSE LEAGUE REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be made in writing to admin@humbervalleyhockey.com.

A $50 administration fee will be applied to all refund requests.

Submit your request to the attention of the Registrar and allow 2 weeks for processing.

Refunds will be processed using the method of original payment.
-
Fundraising money will not be refunded.
-
Uniforms and equipment must be returned.

The balance of the registration fees will be refunded as follows:
-
Until midnight the day before the season starts: 100% of registration fee refunded
-
1st to 30th day of the house league season: 50% of registration fee refunded
-
30 days after season starts: 0% of registration fee refunded

CDP REFUND POLICY
Once a player has accepted an offer for a placement on a CDP team 0% of the house league registration fees paid will be refunded. Also, any additional fees that the team has incurred such as jersey costs or practice ice must be paid.
