  • Select Board members for operational purposes

  • Approved service providers (Wix, Mailchimp, etc.)

 

All access is restricted to what is reasonably required to perform official Association duties.

  • Newsletter opt-in information is retained for up to two (2) years, unless an individual unsubscribes or requests deletion sooner.

  • Other form submissions are retained only as long as required for operational or legal purposes.
