Competitive A & AA

Beginning at U10, players can choose to try out for one of our A or AA Sharks teams. Our competitive program is designed to develop confident, skilled athletes both on and off the ice. We focus on strong skating, hockey IQ, and team play, while also teaching the values that matter most - respect, discipline, sportsmanship, perseverance, and leadership.

Humber Valley Sharks teams compete in the Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL) - the largest minor hockey league in the world - and the Mississauga Hockey League (MHL).

Players train in a supportive, high-performance environment where they can push themselves, grow their skills, and build lifelong friendships.

Our goal is simple: to help every athlete reach their potential, enjoy the game, and develop a love of hockey that lasts well beyond their playing years.
