NTC Drill of the Month

This month’s featured drill from our partner NTC Hockey is designed to help players sharpen their skills off the ice. These quick, targeted exercises are a great way to complement your on-ice training, build confidence, and stay game-ready. Drill of the MonthSpinal Rotation with Band Resistance This month’s featured exercise focuses on building rotational strength, a key component of powerful and controlled movement on the ice. Spinal Rotation with Band Resistance helps players generate more shot power, improves reach and stability when receiving passes, and supports stronger puck battles. By training these rotational patterns off the ice, players develop the strength and control needed to move more efficiently and safely during games.
