Welcome Matt O’Brien
Humber Valley is proud to announce the appointment of Matt O’Brien as the association’s new Director of Coaching Development. This position, created in 2022, is focused on enhancing the membership and coaching experience at Humber Valley, particularly for our House League participants.
With our former Director of Coaching Development, Dan Nicoletti, stepping away to focus on coaching a team, we’re excited to welcome Matt into this important role. A former Humber Valley player and current Assistant Coach at Brock University, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our coaching programs. He will work closely with Humber Valley coaches to ensure they have the resources, tools, and support needed to deliver a program centred around fun and development.
We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dan for his incredible work over the past two seasons in building this role and strengthening our coaching programs. We’re looking forward to seeing him behind the bench with the U10A team this season!
